Programs Pre-School Story Time The Marion Public Library offers a story time for 3 and 4 year olds each Fall and Winter. Registration for the Fall Story Time Session begins the day after Labor Day. Sessions will be Tuesday and Wednesday mornings from 9:15 to 10 A.M. Note: If school is not in session, there is no storytime, (i.e., holidays; snow days, etc.). Class Visits Class visits can be arranged. Classes can visit the library, or staff members can came to classrooms . Contact the Library Manager to arrange visits. Teacher's Aid Totes Curriculum support is available on long term loan for teachers. Call the library with your subject for a long term loan of six weeks. Sick Kids' Kits Have a sick child who needs some entertainment? Call the library with the child's age; give us an hour and Presto!--something to ease those boring hours of recovery. Disaster Relief Financial contributions for disaster aid are being accepted at the Marion Voice Office and the Library. Coins, cas and checks made out to the American Red Cross are accepted. Blood Drives: 9/15/01, 9 A.M. to 2 P.M. 1st Baptist Church, Palmyra; 9/18/01, 12 Noon to 4 P.M. Quality Inn, Newark.
